About Library

Library is not only the collection of books and others informational material.It is the door of bright future.Once upon a time a person asked to Lok Manya Tilak, what he would do if goes to hell.To which he replied ,"i would take books along with me so that I could idealise the way to turn hell into heaven".This statement in itself defines the importance of books and library in ones life.

पुस्तकालय मात्र पुस्तकों और सूचनात्मक सामग्री का संग्रह नहीं है यह एक सुखद भविष्य का दरवाजा है| किसी भी समाज की तरक्की और विकास में पुस्तकालय की अहम् भूमिका होती है| "एक बार लोकमान्य तिलक से किसी ने पूछा की आप स्वर्ग में अपने साथ क्या ले जाना पसंद करेंगे उन्होंने उत्तर था "किताबें " ताकि नरक में भी जाकर उसे स्वर्ग में बदल सकूँ "| ये कथन ही अपने आप में किसी के जीवन में पुस्तकालय और किताबों के महत्त्व को दर्शाता

Library Rules: Library Rules
 College library will be open from 10 in the morning till 5 in the evening.
 Only regular college students are permitted to enter the library.
 Students/Faculties entering the library/reading room must make an entry in the entry register. NO personal belonging are allowed inside the library.
 Book can be issued or returned from 10 am to 4pm.(according to Time Table).
 Silence to be maintained.
 Students/Faculties are required to handle the books/Journals very carefully; marking with pencil, writing or highlighting, tearing the pages or mutieating the same in any other way will be very seriously. In such case reader shall be need responsible unless these are brought to the notice of the library staff at the time of issue.
 Renewal of the books will be necessary after a period of 15 days. Also if returned late overdue fine will be charged for the delayed period (2Rs.per day) .
 In case of any loss or damage to the book the borrower must reply the marked price of the book .
 If a student does not return a book for a long period of time then he /she will not be allowed to sit for his/her examination.
 Refreshment of any kind shall not be taken any where in the library premises.
