The Council of Architecture Library serves as a dedicated knowledge and resource centre for architects & architectural students. Established to support learning, research, and professional development, the library provides access to the Council’s publications, architectural literature, reference materials, and other valuable resources related to architecture and the built environment. With complimentary membership available to architects and architectural students, the library offers access to its growing collection along with book borrowing facilities.
Through its resources and services, the Council of Architecture Library aims to promote academic excellence, professional growth, and the advancement of architectural knowledge within the community.

The Council of Architecture Library is located at the CoA Office, 702, 7th Floor, NBCC Centre, Pocket A, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110020.

- Library membership is available to architects and architectural students as per the Council's guidelines.
- Books shall be issued for the prescribed loan period and must be returned on or before the due date.
- Members are responsible for the care and safe custody of borrowed materials.
- Loss or damage of library materials must be reported immediately and is liable to penalty as per rules.
- Members are expected to maintain silence and proper decorum within the library premises.
- The Council of Architecture Library reserves the right to amend library rules and services from time to time.
