LibraryThe Institute has a well- equipped library which meets the requirements of faculty members, participants of the various training courses, workshops and seminars; state government officers / officials, probationers and staff members of this institute. In addition, it also serves the requirements of guest speakers, researchers , academicians and administrations who visit the institute from time to time. The timing of library is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Extended timings have been kept for the benefit of trainees and other persons staying at the institute. The Library has 45886 ( Up to 23/09/2021) books in stock on various subjects including Rural development, public administration, management sociology, law, economics, political science , panchayati raj, fiction, Hindi literature etc. It subscribes 68 journal/ magazines and 22 newspapers. The library membership is open to all state government officer/ officials and participants of training programmes in the institute. At present there are 1060 members ( up to date 23/09/2021) The membership fee is Rs. 1000/- which is refundable .
