About Cluster

e-Granthalaya: A Digital Agenda for Automation and Networking of Government Libraries - is a Digital Platform developed and maintained by National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. Under the platform, NIC Provides Library Management Software with Digital Library Module and Cloud Hosting facility to Government Libraries on request basis. The Software is a Cloud Ready Application; and uses PostgreSQL - an Open Source DBMS as back-end solution. This Cluster is dedicated to the Libraries under Central Armed Police Forces where e-Granthalaya 4.0 on Cloud is being used for Automation and Networking. The Cluster provides access to the e-Granthalaya 4.0 for Online Data Entry and Member Services. It also provides access to e-Catalogs of these libraries and digital repository. These Forces comprised of Assam Rifles, Border Security Force, Central Industrial Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, National Security Guard and , Sashastra Seem Bal . The purpose of the Cluster is to provide online access of e-library resources for the library members and to network all the libraries as a Single Window Access system. यह क्लस्टर केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बलों के तहत पुस्तकालय के लिए समर्पित है और एन आई सी के क्लाउड पर ई-Granthalaya 4.0 स्वचालन और पुस्तकालयों की नेटवर्किंग के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है थे। यह क्लस्टर ऑनलाइन डाटा एंट्री और सदस्य सेवा के लिए ई-Granthalaya 4.0 का इस्तेमाल करता है। यह पुस्तकालयों की कैटलॉग सूचि और डिजिटल भंडार को उपलब्ध करता है ।
