The Ministry of Jal Shakti is responsible for laying down policy guidelines and programmes for the development and regulation of country water resources. This cluster is used to host library data on NIC Server and provides various e-Granthalaya based library services.

जल शक्ति मंत्रालय देश के जल संसाधनों के विकास और विनियमन के लिए नीतिगत दिशानिर्देश और कार्यक्रम तैयार करने के लिए जिम्मेदार है। इस क्लस्टर का उपयोग एनआईसी सर्वर पर लाइब्रेरी डेटा होस्ट करने के लिए किया जाता है और विभिन्न ई-ग्रंथालय आधारित पुस्तकालय सेवाएं प्रदान करता है।
