e-Granthalaya: A Digital Agenda for Automation and Networking of Government Libraries - is a Digital Platform developed and maintained by National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. Under the platform, NIC Provides Library Management Software with Digital Library Module and Cloud Hosting facility to Government Libraries on request basis. The Software is a Cloud Ready Application; and uses PostgreSQL - an Open Source DBMS as back-end solution. This cluster of e-Granthalaya 4.0 on NIC Cloud is dedicated to the Libraries and Resource Centres established under National Training Centres of Indian Railways. There are seven Centres in the beginning where e-Granthalaya 4.0 is being used for Library Automation and Networking, providing online library access and digital repositories. A Union Catalog of these libraries is also accessible under the cluster. एनआईसी बादल पर ई-Granthalaya 4.0 की इस क्लस्टर भारतीय रेल के राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों की स्थापना के तहत पुस्तकालय और संसाधन केंद्रों के लिए समर्पित है। ई-Granthalaya 4.0 ऑनलाइन पुस्तकालय का उपयोग और डिजिटल खजाने को उपलब्ध कराने, लाइब्रेरी ऑटोमेशन और नेटवर्किंग के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है, जहां शुरुआत में सात केन्द्र हैं। इन पुस्तकालयों के एक संघ सूची भी क्लस्टर के तहत सुलभ है।
