About Cluster

e-Granthalaya: A Digital Agenda for Automation and Networking of Government Libraries - is a Digital Platform developed and maintained by National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. Under the platform, NIC Provides Library Management Software with Digital Library Module and Cloud Hosting facility to Government Libraries on request basis. The Software is a Cloud Ready Application; and uses PostgreSQL - an Open Source DBMS as back-end solution. The Software is multi-lingual, UNICODE compliant, provides an online data entry solution and compliance with library standards. ई-ग्रन्थालय: सरकारी पुस्तकालयों के स्वचालन और नेटवर्किंग के लिए एक डिजिटल एजेंडा - राष्ट्रीय सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा विकसित और बनाए रखा गया एक डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है। प्लेटफॉर्म के तहत, एनआईसी अनुरोध के आधार पर सरकारी लाइब्रेरी को डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी मॉड्यूल और क्लाउड होस्टिंग सुविधा के साथ लाइब्रेरी प्रबंधन सॉफ्टवेयर प्रदान करता है। सॉफ्टवेयर एक क्लाउड रेडी एप्लीकेशन है; और एक मुक्त स्रोत DBMS - PostgreSQL का उपयोग करता है। सॉफ्टवेयर बहुभाषी है, UNICODE अनुरूप है, लाइब्रेरी मानकों के साथ ऑनलाइन डेटा प्रविष्टि समाधान और अनुपालन प्रदान करता है। Read More....

This cluster of e-Granthalaya 4.0 is dedicated to the Libraries under Labour Institutes of Government of India and State Governments. These Institutes are using e-Granthalaya 4.0 on Cloud for data entry of books and other member services. The cluster provides access to the Union Catalog of their libraries. The Cluster is hosted in NIC Cloud and NIC maintains it for Automation and Networking of Government Libraries. ई-Granthalaya 4.0 की यह क्लस्टर में भारत सरकार एवं राज्य सरकारों द्वारा स्थापित विभिन श्रम संस्थानो के तहत स्थापित पुस्तकालय के लिए समर्पित है। इन संस्थानों कि किताबें और अन्य सदस्य सेवाओं की डाटा एंट्री के लिए क्लाउड पर ई-Granthalaya उपयोग हो रहा है। यह क्लस्टर उन संस्थानों की पुस्तकालयों की संघ सूची भी एक्सेस कराती है।
